Breadsall Priory is within easy driving distance of Derby City Centre and the current buildings are on the site of a former Augustinian Priory, which was demolished and the house built around the late 16th century, being extended several times by subsequent owners.
With its beautiful building, 13th century arch and a rolling golf course, it is quite a large place and the photo opportunities are endless. Be prepared the photo walk can be a long one and my favourite place is towards the bottom end, utilising the Priory as the backdrop.
